The first steps in producing
great food is the lack of fertilizers and pesticides, as well as
using proper animal-breeding methods. Some people call this Wealthy
Food, where non-polluting ingredients are used, such as used on
the Roof of the World, and in such dishes as beef and mutton of
Ganglamedo from Gansu's Machu and Tibet's Nyingchi. Other ingredients
such as Tricholoma Matsutake, Snowdrop, and Saffron are used, and
come from Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau.
Himalayas Cuisine is reformed and recreated from the Tibetan food
culture. Our nutritionist brings together many excellent ingredients
to achieve the requirements of first rate healthy and delicious
food. Our chef, with exceptional knowledge of the culinary arts,
uses the most proper cooking methods to protect and portray the
quality and taste of the original ingredients, which best express
our version of the wonderful taste delights of the Tibetan Plateau.
